The LPPA Team, based in Birmingham, develops, manages and organises the LPPA Programme nationwide. The Team consists of 3 experienced educational leaders, and 2 professional administrators.
The LPPA Programme is delivered by Team members, working with trained LPPA Advisers who are based throughout the country. Each of them has educational experience at a senior level, including headship, advisory and inspectorial expertise and educational consultancy.
Fully-trained LPPA Local Advisers work in teams to deliver the LPPA to groups of schools within local authority contracts. They are supported by the LPPA Team.
